Returns & Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are NOT accepted.
All products are carefully inspected prior to shipment.
If there is any issue with your order, please contact us immediately so we can assist you.

AEVA does not offer refunds unless under exceptional or unforeseen circumstances, which will be reviewed at our sole discretion.


Conditions Not Considered as Defects

Please note that the following situations are not regarded as product defects:

  • Damage caused after use or any artificial / accidental damage
  • Color variations due to lighting, screen display, or environmental differences
  • Minor handmade imperfections, such as small bubbles, marks, or natural texture inconsistencies
    (These are inherent characteristics of handcrafted items, not flaws.)
  • Slight bending of 925 silver studs, as sterling silver is naturally soft and may bend slightly during transit or handling

Reporting an Issue

If you believe the item you received is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
For verification, an unboxing video (showing the unopened package to the product) is required for any claim to be processed.
