Shipping & Delivery

Q: Can I ship to an SF Express locker or self-pickup point?
A: Yes. You may ship to any SF Express locker or self-pickup point.
Simply enter the locker / pickup point code in the delivery address during checkout.

Q: How long does shipping take?

A: Orders are typically processed within 2–4 working days.
Local Hong Kong delivery (SF Express) usually takes 1–3 working days after dispatch.
International delivery times vary by destination.

Q: Do you offer international shipping?
A: Yes, we ship worldwide.
Shipping fees and delivery times will be shown at checkout or can be found on our Shipping Policy page.

Q: How much is shipping within Hong Kong?
A: All Hong Kong orders are shipped via SF Express on a freight-collect basis.
The cost for the first 1kg is usually around HK$20–30, depending on whether you choose door-to-door delivery or self-pickup.
The shipping fee will be paid directly to SF Express upon pickup or delivery.

Product Care

Q: How should I care for my AEVA jewellery?
A: Keep pieces dry, avoid contact with perfume, skincare, or chemicals, and clean gently with a soft, lint-free cloth.
For silver items, use a silver polishing cloth when needed.
Please refer to our full Care Guide for detailed tips.

Q: Will my jewellery tarnish?
A: Materials such as 925 silver, brass, and gold-plated components may naturally oxidise or patinate over time.
This is a normal characteristic of the material, not a defect.


Orders & Returns

Q: Can I modify or cancel my order?
A: Orders can only be modified or cancelled within 2 hours of purchase.
After that, processing may have begun, and changes cannot be guaranteed.

Q: Do you accept returns or exchanges?
A: No. For hygiene and craftsmanship reasons, AEVA does not accept returns or exchanges.
All items are inspected before shipment.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours with an unboxing video.


Materials & Allergies

Q: Are AEVA pieces hypoallergenic?
A: Many of our pieces use materials such as 925 silver or high-quality plated metals.
Sensitivity varies by individual; please refer to the material details on each product page.
