All AEVA pieces are crafted with care.
As each item requires time to be prepared, please review the following shipping details before placing your order.

Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 2–4 working days (excluding the order date, Sundays, and public holidays).
During peak periods or unforeseen circumstances such as severe weather, processing times may be extended.

For items marked as made to order, please allow approximately 1–2 weeks for production before shipment.
We appreciate your patience — you will be notified once your order is ready to ship.

Local Hong Kong Shipping

We offer free shipping for orders over HK$500 within Hong Kong.

For orders below HK$500, delivery will be arranged via SF Express (順豐) on a freight collect basis.
Shipping fees will therefore appear as HK$0 at checkout, and payment for delivery will be handled directly with SF Express upon pickup or delivery.

Once dispatched, SF Express generally delivers within 1–3 working days.
Delivery times may vary and are not guaranteed by AEVA.

International Shipping

We offer worldwide delivery.
International shipping fees and delivery times vary by destination.
