All purchases made through Aeva are considered final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds due to change of mind or personal preference. Customers are responsible for reviewing all product descriptions, measurements, materials, colours and photographs carefully before placing an order.

No Returns or Refunds

We do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds for reasons including, but not limited to:

• Change of mind

• Personal preference

• Incorrect size or style selection

• Colour expectations

• Duplicate purchases

• Failure to review product descriptions or measurements before purchase

• Minor differences caused by photography, lighting or screen display

• Natural variations in handmade or natural materials

• Normal wear and tear after use

Once an order has been confirmed and paid for, it cannot normally be cancelled, returned or refunded.

Handmade & Natural Variations

Some of our jewellery is handmade and/or incorporates natural materials such as real flowers, freshwater pearls and other naturally occurring components.

As a result, each piece may vary slightly in:

• Colour

• Shape

• Size

• Texture

• Pattern

• Transparency

• Flower placement

• Surface characteristics

These variations are inherent to handmade and natural materials and make each piece unique. They are not considered defects and are not eligible for return, exchange or refund.

Product Colour & Appearance

We make reasonable efforts to present product colours and details accurately.

However, actual colours may vary slightly due to lighting conditions, photography, editing, screen settings and individual device displays.

Minor differences between the product shown online and the physical item are not considered defects.

Measurements

All measurements are taken manually and are provided for reference only.

Minor discrepancies may occur due to the measuring method and are not considered defects.

Customers should review all measurements carefully before purchasing.

Jewellery Wear & Tear

Jewellery may naturally change in appearance over time depending on frequency of wear, skin chemistry, storage conditions and exposure to moisture, sweat, perfume, cosmetics, chemicals or other substances.

Normal wear and tear, including minor scratches, oxidation, fading or gradual wear of plated surfaces, is not considered a manufacturing defect and is not eligible for return or refund.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

This no-return policy does not affect any rights or remedies available to customers under applicable law.

If you believe that you have received:

• An incorrect item

• An item damaged upon arrival

• An item with a manufacturing defect

• An item materially different from its product description

please contact us at aeva.theofficial@gmail.com as soon as reasonably possible after receiving the order.

Please provide your order number, photographs or videos of the item, and a description of the issue so that we can review the case.

Where an item is confirmed to be defective, incorrect or otherwise subject to rights available under applicable law, we will provide an appropriate remedy, which may include repair, replacement or refund depending on the circumstances.
