Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to products purchased through special purchase options, including pre-order items, where applicable.

Pre-order Purchases

Items marked as Pre-order are products that are not immediately available for dispatch and require additional preparation or production time.

Unless otherwise stated on the relevant product page, pre-order items normally require approximately 10 business days before dispatch.

By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge and agree to the estimated preparation time stated on the product page.

Cancellation of Pre-orders

Once a pre-order has been placed and payment has been successfully confirmed, the order is considered final.

Pre-order items cannot normally be cancelled, changed or refunded once the order has been confirmed.

Please review the following carefully before completing your purchase:

• Product design

• Colour

• Size and measurements

• Materials

• Quantity

• Delivery information

• Estimated preparation time

If you notice an error in your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will try to assist before preparation begins, but changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed.

Changes to Estimated Availability

Estimated preparation and dispatch dates are provided in good faith based on the information available at the time of purchase.

Occasionally, preparation or delivery may take longer than expected due to production, material availability, logistics or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

A reasonable delay in the estimated preparation or dispatch date does not automatically constitute a cancellation of the order.

If there is a substantial change affecting our ability to fulfil your order, AEVA will contact you regarding the available options.

Orders Containing In-stock and Pre-order Items

If an order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, all items will normally be dispatched together once the pre-order item is ready.

The presence of an in-stock item in the same order does not change the applicable preparation time of the pre-order item.

If you require separate delivery, please contact us before fulfilment. Additional shipping charges may apply.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

This cancellation policy does not affect any rights or remedies available under applicable law.

If you receive an incorrect item or believe that an item has a manufacturing defect or is materially different from its product description, please contact us with your order number and relevant photographs so that we can review the case.

Future Purchase Options

If AEVA introduces other purchase options, such as recurring subscriptions, separate terms relating to billing, renewal and cancellation will be provided before customers enter into those arrangements.
