This website is operated by AEVA. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to AEVA.

By accessing our website, browsing our products or placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Return & Refund Policy and any other policies published on this website.

Please read these Terms carefully before using our website or making a purchase.

1. Online Store Terms

By using this website or placing an order, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement, or that you have obtained the consent of a parent or legal guardian where required.

You may not use our products, website or services for any unlawful or unauthorised purpose.

2. Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, materials, measurements, colours, prices and other information displayed on our website are accurate.

However, slight variations may occur due to:

• Handmade production

• Natural characteristics of materials

Product images are intended to provide an accurate representation of the overall design but cannot guarantee that every individual piece will be completely identical to the item photographed.

3. Handmade & Natural Materials

Some AEVA products are handmade and/or incorporate natural materials, including real flowers, pearls and other naturally occurring components.

Natural variations may occur in:

• Colour

• Shape

• Size

• Texture

• Pattern

• Transparency

• Flower placement

• Surface characteristics

These variations are inherent characteristics of handmade and natural materials and are not considered defects.

Each piece may therefore have its own unique appearance.

4. Product Measurements

All measurements shown on our website are taken manually and are provided for reference.

Minor discrepancies may occur due to different measuring methods and are not considered defects.

Customers are responsible for reviewing the product measurements before placing an order.

5. Prices

Unless otherwise stated, prices displayed on our website are in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD).

Prices may be changed at any time before an order is placed.

We reserve the right to correct pricing or product information errors where reasonably necessary.

If an error affects an order already placed, we will contact you before proceeding where appropriate.

6. Orders

Placing an order through our website constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products.

All orders are subject to availability, payment confirmation and acceptance by AEVA.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including where:

• A product is unavailable

• Incorrect pricing or product information has been displayed

• Payment cannot be verified

• Fraudulent or suspicious activity is identified

• An order cannot reasonably be fulfilled

• A technical or system error has occurred

If we cancel an order after payment has been successfully received, the relevant amount paid for the cancelled item or order will be refunded.

7. Payment

Full payment is required when placing an order unless otherwise expressly stated.

Available payment methods will be displayed at checkout and may vary from time to time.

Orders will not normally be processed until payment has been successfully received or confirmed.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all payment and billing information provided is accurate.

8. Order Changes & Cancellations

Please review your order carefully before completing checkout.

Once an order has been confirmed and payment has been successfully received, orders cannot normally be cancelled, changed or refunded.

If you notice an error after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible.

We will try to assist where reasonably possible, but changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered preparation, production or fulfilment.

Nothing in this section limits any rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.

9. Pre-order Products

Products marked as Pre-order are not immediately available for dispatch and require additional preparation or production time.

Unless otherwise stated on the relevant product page, pre-order products normally require approximately 10 business days before dispatch.

Estimated preparation dates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed.

By purchasing a pre-order product, you acknowledge and accept the estimated preparation period stated at the time of purchase.

Once a pre-order has been confirmed and payment has been received, it cannot normally be cancelled or refunded.

Where an order contains both in-stock and pre-order products, the entire order will normally be dispatched together once all products are ready, unless separate delivery has been arranged.

Additional shipping charges may apply to separate shipments.

10. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping and delivery are governed by our separate Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information.

AEVA is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries or additional charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided by the customer.

Delivery dates and timeframes are estimates only unless expressly stated otherwise.

11. International Orders

AEVA offers international shipping to selected destinations.

International customers are responsible for checking whether the products they purchase can lawfully be imported into their destination country or region.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees or other charges imposed by local authorities.

Unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout, such charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product price or shipping fee.

12. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

All purchases are generally considered final.

AEVA does not accept returns, exchanges or refunds due to change of mind or personal preference, including reasons such as:

• Incorrect size or style selection

• Colour expectations

• Duplicate purchases

• Natural variations in handmade products

• Minor differences caused by photography or screen display

• Normal wear and tear

Returns, refunds and other remedies are subject to our separate Return & Refund Policy.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable consumer law.

13. Jewellery Care & Normal Wear

The appearance and longevity of jewellery may vary depending on:

• Frequency of wear

• Skin chemistry

• Storage conditions

• Exposure to moisture or sweat

• Perfume and cosmetics

• Chemicals

• Friction and general use

Normal wear and tear may include minor scratches, oxidation, fading or gradual wear of plated surfaces.

These changes arising from normal use are not considered manufacturing defects.

Customers should follow the care instructions provided by AEVA to help preserve their jewellery.

14. Promotions & Discount Codes

Promotional offers and discount codes may be subject to additional terms stated at the time of the promotion.

Unless otherwise stated:

• Discount codes cannot be exchanged for cash

• Only one discount code may be used per order

• Discounts cannot be applied retrospectively to completed orders

• Certain products may be excluded

• Promotions are valid only during the stated period

• Promotional offers are subject to availability

We reserve the right to reject or cancel the use of a promotional code in cases of misuse, fraud, technical error or other improper use.

The remaining provisions will continue to remain in effect.
